Community Apparel Contest

This year, Keep Your Head Up launched our Youth Ambassador Program (YAP) to create opportunities for youth in the Waterloo Region to join our team and direct self-led projects within the community.

As part of this project, one of our Youth Ambassadors, Mya, has launched a Community Apparel Contest.

We are looking for individuals to submit their own designs for the chance to be featured on our next line of Community Apparel!

Contestants are invited to submit their ideas by Monday, April 28th at 11:59pm EST.

After all submissions have been received, our team of volunteers will select 3 finalists. The top 3 designs will then be voted on by the community through our social media channels, and the winning design will be used for our upcoming apparel.

The winner will also receive a FREE Keep Your Head Up tote bag with their design on it!

Designs can be submitted using the form below.

Meet the Youth Ambassador

Mya is a 4th-year Kinesiology student at Wilfred Laurier University.

She organized the Community Apparel Contest in hopes of increasing discussion about traumatic brain injuries and concussions on campus while engaging the community in a fun and exciting way.

Keep Your Head Up is a charitable organization. 100% of proceeds from community apparel sales will support our mission to improve traumatic brain injury (TBI) recovery, including concussion, through a community-based platform providing education, empowerment, and social connection.
